Joann Coleman - Attorney
JoAnn Spinks Coleman recently joined the firm of Hughes & Coleman after serving for nearly 20 years as a Warren County District Court Judge.
Prior to serving on the bench, JoAnn worked as a prosecutor for 11 years in the Warren County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, where she handled more than 66 jury trials, including three-and-a-half month trial that was the longest trial in Warren County history.
A lifelong Warren County resident, JoAnn earned her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University and her law degree from the University of Louisville School of Law.
She has been admitted to practice law in Kentucky since 1979 and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys. She also belongs to several civic organizations, including the Lions Club and Bowling Green-Warren County Chamber of Commerce.
She is married to Lee Coleman, a founding partner of Hughes & Coleman. They have three children.
